In a busy and closely interactive office this area had completely fallen off our radar, but since sitting and learning the importance and technique of understanding expectations with Brian, it’s amazing how often this topic is coming up in our work flow. It is an interactive time when participants can dialogue together as they learn and can ask questions to gain further clarity and insight.
